Parking Permits

Parking permits are available for purchase from the Finance Division at City Hall, 1050 Camino del Mar. All permits require a signed agreement.  For questions, please call the Finance Division at 858-755-9313 or email finance@delmar.ca.us. Permits are not exempt from 72-hour limits.

  • Cannot park for more than 72 consecutive hours. 
  • Resort Parking Structure ONLY in those areas clearly marked to indicate “PERMIT PARKING ONLY”
  • Parking space is not guaranteed.
  • Park, Pay and Display spaces require separate payment.
  • $26 Replacement Fee
Voluntary Pre-Paid Parking PermitPink
  • Annual - $803
  • Not Transferable
  • Double posted time in 10 minute, 20 minute, 90 minute and 2 hour zones.  
  • All City Meters and Pay Machines
  • Cannot park more than 72 hours on any City street or parking lot
  • Not Valid in L’Auberge Permit Parking Area
  • Excludes all Green Curbs, Red Curbs, fire-hydrants, bike-lanes, loading zones, posted No Parking zones and Handicapped spaces
  • Not Valid at Seagrove Lot and/or Maiden Lane
  • $26 Replacement Fee
